MSI beats MCR
Mindless Self Indulgence is crazy as hell. They are on tour with My Chemical Romance, and played Brussels a week ago. I was there in my function as photographer, so I had the possibility to shoot them. The main act - MCR - was blown away by the support act - MSI - even before they entered the stage.
MSI really surprised me in a good way with their music and ofcourse with their attitude, they make fun of everything, especially thé scene, fashionpunks, emokids, "there is pink and black everywhere, raining down on me". Delicious!

This one (and the two beneath) is the only one that survived the survival trip. I retouched everything: no wrinkles, no funny faces, no fat ... but it wasn't worth the job. SS sucks harder every time.

Siouxsie Sioux Sucks
Siouxsie Sioux ought to be a punkrockgirl when she was with The Banshees. But now she is older and solo, she has become kind of cocky. I took some concertpics of her in Brussels, and she refused them all, except these two.
Why? Because the other pics aren't flattering, she thinks. One tiny wrinkle can reduce a picture to a nogo. But cmon, you can't stay young forever. And she almost looked the same as twenty years ago. I'm now retouching some pictures, so hopefully I can post and use them soon.
This woman definitely has issues. You're so vain...shrew!
